John Crane is an accomplished accounting professional with a strong background in finance. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1975. Following his graduation, he earned his CPA certificate in 1977, further enhancing his credentials in the field.

John began his career as an auditor with Cooper & Lybrand, now known as PwC. John served as the CFO/COO for Thomas W Ruff & Company for 26 years, where he played a key role in the business’s growth and success. In 2010 John founded Costal Accounting and Tax LLC and has been an integral team member of Mason since joining in 2012.
